1:1 coaching sessions
Is your child looking to improve their running technique, agility, fitness, or strength? Are they lacking motivation or confidence? These personalised sessions are great if your child needs or wants to improve in a specific area, gaining knowledge and support from experienced coaches.
Group session coaching
Weekly Junior Running and Fitness sessions
These sessions include; junior running development, kids fitness and skills. For all levels of fitness ages 6-16 years. Each session will be spilt into appropriate groups depending on age, ability and level, where the will build the fundamental skills of running, learn proper running technique and drills, build running fitness, speed endurance and speed.

That love to run, stay fit and healthy
Great fitness for all sports, and the junior that would like to improve their fitness or running for their chosen sport.
The junior looking to improve and get some coaching for their cross country and athletics.

Where: Murwillumbah
Wednesday 3:45-4:30pm ( Junior session )
Friday 3:45-4:30pm ( Juniors )
(Coached Parent Fitness/ running session same time and venue as junior friday session )
