Our clinic is suitable for runners of all ages and abilities. Participants will learn fundamentals of running technique, nutrition, strength, and recovery strategies to improve performance and prevent injuries.
Workshops and clinics are run by experienced Australian athletics track and field coaches, who hold NSW Working With Children Checks.
With over 10 years of experience, as a coach and elite athlete, Coach Courtney brings passion and fun to every session. Specializing in youth athletics development, she creates an engaging environment where young athletes can thrive while building fundamental running skills.
As an Athletics Australia certified coach and elite runner, Coach Jack brings expertise in sports nutrition, strength training, and technique. His specialized knowledge helps young athletes develop proper form and build confidence in their abilities.
Open to all ages and abilities. Participants may be grouped by experience or goals to ensure everyone gains maximum benefit from each session.
