1:1 zoom coaching sessions

These are designed for you to get the consulting & coaching support you may further need at times to discuss a certain area in more depth with your coach.

Areas we cover; sports nutrition, lifestyle nutrition, lifestyle changes, stress management, injury prevention, sleep, mental fitness, strength and mobility.

Initial Session 60 min $160

Follow up sessions 45min $120

Personalised men women’s or juniors Strength and conditioning program add on to individualised plan  

If you chose a plan over a program option for your running, you can add on a strength and conditioning program at any point for a minimum of a 3 month period

Price $420 12 weeks $560 x 16 weeks  

Additional calls

Pre-race and post-race calls adults & juniors

Very beneficial when needing more support before your race & wanting further access to your coach. Also great to reflect with your coach post race and re evaluate & refocus in on the next goals/ block of work or recovery.

Parent coaching sessions

These sessions are designed for parents looking to learn and develop a better understanding of there kids needs, weather that be how to support them in there running, there behavioural change needs around training & food, or strategies & support in specific areas for the parent to work better with there kid.
