Junior Run Clinics
For kids ages 6-16 years, all levels of fitness. Children will be split into appropriate age groups and ability levels and will be taken through a running session, learning the fundamentals of running including; drills, exercises, technique work, stretching and mobility work. Each clinic will also be taken through an educational talk around hydration and pre training nutrition. Each clinic will have limited spots for kids to come and learn from experienced, qualified, and elite runners Jack and Courtney.
To book your kid/s spot in the April Clinic, please register below. Spots are limited and bookings will close when the Clinic is at full capacity or 1 week prior.

JUNIOR SCHOOL HOLIDAY ATHLETICS WORKSHOP
For kids aged 6-16 years, all levels of fitness. Children will be split into appropriate age groups and ability levels and will be taken through an athletics track and field workshop. They will learn the fundamentals of sprinting and middle-distance running, as well as basic nutrition and hydration for all sports.
Workshops and clinics are run by experienced Australian athletics track and field male and female coaches, who both hold working with children checks.

Coach Courtney
With over 10 years of experience, Coach Courtney brings passion and fun to every session. Specializing in youth athletics development, she creates an engaging environment where young athletes can thrive while building fundamental running skills.

Coach Jack
As an Athletics Australia certified coach and elite runner, Coach Jack brings expertise in nutrition, strength training, and running technique. His specialized knowledge helps young athletes develop proper form and build confidence in their abilities.

Age Groups
Suitable for kids aged 6–16, grouped by age and ability to ensure everyone gets the most from each session. Our experienced coaches adapt activities to match each group’s skill level and energy.
