SPECIALISED RUNNING COACHING
A Program option for everyone….
As a specialised running coaching business one program does not fit all when it comes to our training programs and plans. We provide coaching for all levels and abilities, run events and distances. With our specailised male and female coaching team, we provide programs for both male and females, tailored to the individuals needs. The needs of a male and female can be very different when it comes to “how” to train and recover for an event or a race.
At Gilly’s coaching and wellness our programs are designed so that as a male or female you can work with the same gender coach allowing you more support, understanding and a holistic approach to help you too be able too meet your personalised needs and reach your goals through the high level of credentials, coaching experience and understanding of our coaches you get access too. From the beginner runner to the advanced / elite runner, we would love to hear what your next running goal is and discuss how we can help you achieve your best!

Personalised and Individualised Running Coaching Programs
Beginning your running journey or setting your first goal? Looking to improve your running and follow a program from a coach, or get coached for a race or event to achieve your goal? If you are looking for a personalised and individualised online coaching experience, where you are able to be involved in a private training setup guided step by step to achieve your goals, we have just the program for you; we offer personalised and individualised coaching programs for males and females of all abilities, from the beginner runner to the elite runner. Programming is available for all event distances for road events and trail running events.

12-16 WEEK INDIVIDUALISED COACHING PROGRAMS
Our 12-16 week individualised training programs and plans may be perfect for you if you’re not looking for ongoing individualised coaching and are seeking guidance and support towards your running event or race goal. By joining Gilly’s, you will find a coaching environment that best suits you to improve your running and achieve your goals.
