Specialising in men’s fitness, strength and conditioning, Jack offers a personalised and individualised weekly coaching program that is tailored to your specific needs and goals for all fitness levels. If you are someone looking to just start out on your fitness journey or excel beyond the fitness you already have, having a coach that can provide safe and effective sessions, guide, and support your journey is what Jack is here for. If you are someone looking to lose weight and tone up, gain more muscle, or improve your strength and conditioning for your chosen sport, like running, footy, or soccer, the personalised fitness or strength option is the program for you.

Weekly personalised fitness and strength program

Includes, personalised weekly sessions via a coaching app and coaching contact feedback and support. 

Jack also offers 12-16 week personalised programs, along with coaching plans which may be perfect for you if you are not looking for on going personalised coaching.

16 week advanced coaching plan 

Each plan includes weekly sessions for fitness and strength along with weekly lifestyle and nutritional guidance. These sessions are a great guide to help you train smartly and effectively whilst giving you a variety of sessions to choose form each week. Following a plan can help reduce the anxiety of not knowing what to do, or where to start some days, having a coaching plan will result in a higher level of daily motivation to achieve your goals.
