Junior Monthly Individualised Running Coaching Program

Online individual Junior coaching plans are tailored to your child’s age, abilities, and goals. If your child is aiming to improve their running, learn and develop knowledge and guidance on how to train, learn basic nutrition, stretching, injury prevention methods, and achieve a specific goal for school cross country and athletics, we would love to hear from you and help.

Junior Running and fitness plans

Our 12 and 16 week online running and fitness plans for all sports and fitness are age appropriate and suitable for all ability levels. If your child needs to improve their overall fitness for their chosen sport, learn about basic nutrition, understand stretching and strength training, and enhance their overall wellness, our junior plans will provide the support you need to help your kid get motivated and confident on their way to achieving their sports, fitness, and overall wellness goals. Plans will be available online from January 2025.
