Food, healthy eating should be a natural part of a holistic lifestyle, along with exercise, and positive mental development. It should be enjoyed with friends, family and viewed as a critical component of keeping your body and mind happy and vital. Food is not only full of essential vitamins and minerals and gives us energy to grow and live but also food feeds the mind, our moods, our immune system for overall daily and long term health.

At Gilly’s coaching and wellness we aim to educate as many patents and kids about the importance of a healthy nutrition and exercise.

“Growing up on a 7 acre organic rainforest fruit farm, I was fortunate enough to learn the fundamentals of healthy eating from a very young age, pick my own fruit and vegetables, learn how things grow from the ground and why they are good for you. I was taught to refuel my body with good healthy food as a young girl, into a women and throughout my competition as an Athlete. My passion has always lied in teaching and passing on my extensive knowledge and stay up to date with the latest research through my studies, I am excited to help as many families and kids as I can through my work” Courtney Gilfillan.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Our 1:1 parent consultations are designed for parents needing help and wanting help with their kids day to day nutrition and behavioural change around their eating.

We cover all areas from healthy eating education and habits, weight gain to weight loss, over eating and under-eating, pre, during and after sports nutrition. There does not need to be an issue, to book in a consultation, checking in and further educating yourself for your kid is an important part of ensuring that you are preventing any issues arising and giving them the best chance for a life long healthy life.

If you are looking for healthy wholesome meal options for your kid or kids, this plan gives you endless meal options that supports a good healthy diet day to day, with some behavioural support tips on how to approach this with your kid that will help the relationship and response between the parent and kid when adding these new foods in.
